welcome, wild folk.

intoyourwild is for you, a space where you're held, where you're supported, where you're encouraged. where you can rest and recreate for your journey intoyourwild. for me it was rocky, and it took many moons. eventually, under thick layers of appearance, I found the deep truths within me.

Annina Louise are the two labels chosen by my parents for me to be named by. Krüttli is the label inherited from my Dad. Swiss and British are the labels on my passports. Prehistoric Archaeologist and Evolutionary Biologist are the labels I earned for hard work at university. for some of my doings in the outside world I am attributed with the labels Ski and Mountainbike Instructor, and Backcountry Ski Guide. recently, I have received the label Transformational Coach from Animas Centre for Coaching. Asperger's Syndrome is the label doctors used to attach to my way of relating to the world, now they have renamed it Autism Spectrum Disorder.

the autism spectrum is the only spectrum I have ever fit on, though I have learnt well to roam the realms of the outside world. for most surroundings, the true me is too everything. too emotional, too perceptive, too sensitive, too sharp, too deep, too involved. I see right through the masks most people wear, including the ones worn for the benefit of themselves.

I feel different, visceral, in earthy colours and geometric shapes, in bright lights and ancient wisdoms, the true me walking this world entirely skinless. I feel connection, the intricate web of life expanding between all living things, brightly glittering. I was sent here by Mother Nature, just before the great man-made Wall of division crumbled, and one day, when She calls me, I will return to Her. Her creatures are my soul tribe, most close I feel wolf and tree. the flow of life is the frequency my soul vibrates at, striving for harmony always. with destiny. with and for other humans, alive or returned to Her long ago, curiously seeking understanding of what makes us us. with the mountains. with the laws of nature. with all living creatures. with the planet.

the strongest lesson I learnt on my journeys was handed me by Mother Nature herself. the wild doesn't distinguish, Her gaze lay us bare, She sees all equal. to connect with Her is to connect with self. awareness arises, and understanding, of self, and other.

if you wish, I'll be your guide on your journey intoyourwild.

I howl to the moon. I dream with the stars. I pray to the universe. I worship at the altars of wilderness. to Mother Nature, I sing. and to you, wild folk, I bow Namaste.
